A minimum order consists of $1000 of any combination of our products. Retailers can place an order by calling our toll-free number, 1 (877) 737-6267, or online at

New Accounts

This Retailer Terms of Service agreement must be agreed to first and a copy of a business license submitted via the registration form.


We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, Debit cards, and Paypal.


All orders are shipped by UPS ground or USPS priority mail unless faster shipping is requested by the customer. All orders are shipped to destinations only within the United States. Any orders returned to us will be refunded minus the shipping and handling fees as well as any other fees associated with the return.


In most cases, wholesale orders are not refundable except for manufacturer’s defect. Please call us toll-free at 1 (877) 737-6267 if you have questions about returns.


In cases of damage or manufacturer’s defect to the product, please send photos to for review. Please do not return any damaged or defective item without return instructions or authorization from us first.

Order Cancellation

For any order cancellation after the items have been shipped, the re-seller will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Retail Pricing & Resell Platform Restrictions

SEROFlora® requires the re-seller to use Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) pricing. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP Pricing) is the practice whereby a manufacturer and its distributors agree that the re-sellers will advertise our product at certain prices, at or above a price floor (minimum advertised price). Any re-seller found in non-compliance is subject to lose their re-seller account. Re-sellers cannot advertise pricing below the minimum set MAP pricing; this includes any discounts. MAP pricing is provided along with re-seller pricing. Strictly enforced. No retail sales on on-line marketplace platforms like Amazon, E-bay, Walmart, etc. You can however resell on your retail business website.
