Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
 FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $75
 $5.99 Standard Shipping on orders under $75
 FedEx 2Day: $14 (optional upgrade)


Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday ship the following Monday.
Standard shipping is via USPS, and delivery times are not guaranteed. Seroflora® may use alternative carriers as needed.
Note: Orders shipping to FPO, APO, and P.O. Boxes will be delivered by USPS only.

International Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and customs clearance. Import taxes and duties
may apply; please check with your local customs office for details.
Seroflora® is not responsible for ensuring items can be lawfully imported to your country. The
recipient is considered the importer and is responsible for complying with all laws and
regulations.

Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, report it to us within 24 hours. We will arrange a carrier inspection if needed and issue a credit for confirmed damaged
items. Timely reporting is essential, as claims cannot be processed without it.

Backorders
We strive to keep all products in stock, but occasionally items may sell out. If this happens, you can choose to:


 Cancel the out-of-stock item
 Hold your entire order until it is available
 Receive in-stock items immediately, with the remainder shipped later at no extra charge.

Refused Shipments

Orders that are refused upon delivery are not eligible for a refund. For international orders, Seroflora® is not responsible for packages held, discarded, or destroyed by customs. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
