Ordering
How do I track my order?
We will send you an email when your order has processed and shipped. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking to appear through your selected courier.
How long will it take to process my order?
We accept orders 24/7 and do our best to process each order as soon as it comes. Our standard processing time is 1- 2 business days.
Orders placed after 5pm EST will be processed the following day, and all orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or over a holiday/long weekend will be processed immediately the following business day.
What should I do if my order is missing or something is wrong?
We're sorry you've experienced a missing order! Please email us at info@seroflora.com and we'll do our best to help. Additionally you can also contact your local Post Office or FedEx office with your tracking number, and they can help you with your missing order.
We are not responsible for items being lost outside the US.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes. Please contact us ASAP at info@seroflora.com and we can help you with your order. Due to our fast processing times we cannot guarantee adjusting all orders however, we'll do our best to catch yours before it is shipped out.

Where does Seroflora ship to?
We ship anywhere in the U.S. Standard - FREE on all U.S. orders over $35.
Standard - $5.99 on all U.S orders under $35.
FedEx 2Day – $12.00 (optional)
Does Seroflora ships internationally?
Yes. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight of your order. Vanibiss is not responsible for additional fees for tax, duties, VAT, or government fees on international orders. When ordering from seroflora.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Due to laws and regulations some countries might not be available to ship to when calculating at checkout.
International orders might be subject to import taxes/duties. For information, please contact your local customs authority.
How long does shipping takes?
Standard: 1-7 business days
Standard shipping is via US Postal Service and delivery times are not guaranteed. Seroflora reserves the right to choose alternate freight carriers at any time and for any shipment.
Orders being shipped to FPO, APO, and P.O. Boxes can ONLY delivered via US Postal Service.
FedEx 2Day: 2 business days
International: 5-15 business days depending on location. Some countries take a very long time to process shipments. Additional delays may occur due to the heavy load on postal services and customs.
How do I return my order?
